Maybe so... maybe not. Neither you nor I know what's going on here with AVVH as it really is too premature to know for sure. Yes, 8-Ks are for facts, but from those facts, it's fair to speculate to help to try to derive certain facts ahead of time that have been informed to be coming by the company's tweets. This is the risk that one chooses to take or not take to try to get an early start on something in hopes of being something good. If you feel different, then... it's ok to agree to disagree.

Also, I know for a fact that the SEC is made aware of what AVVH is releasing in their 8-Ks. I know this because I had inquired about this to the SEC a while back in the past with another stock. When a company is dormant for an extended period of time, the SEC has to approve them releasing 8-Ks and that it is actually coming from a legitimate and official source from the company.

AVVH is actually putting themselves under a microscope even more with the SEC by filing 8-Ks after being dormant for so long. So they better know that they have something very legit or they will feel the SEC scrutiny even more than the average penny stock. This is why I believe something significant could be coming. To add, a penny stock normally just don't add three doctors this fast to their Board of Directors (BOD) unless they are ready to move forward in a big way. Heck, I could be wrong with this speculation, but this is the risk that "I" have chosen to take.

Also, I see no proof of any promotion or promoters here with AVVH. If you have proof of such speculations/accusations, then please publicly post such to provide substance to your claim. Anyone guilty should be able to defend themselves if they are truly innocent. If not, then let them be called out by the proof that you provide.

Regarding your last point, to be very clear... about 99.9% of the stocks in the market will always have some winners and some losers no matter what. This is with the major market stocks and with the penny stocks. So, one should fully understand this concept or not invest/trade within the market at all.
