As long as a ticker like PASO is under a current SEC suspension or revoked by the SEC any tier designation given by the lowly OTC means nothing. The stock is still tradable.

OTCBB is not OTC Markets. In fact, it is no longer used for the most part. What OTCBB was is a trading platform for non-Exchange traded but SEC reporting stocks, and they were called “pink sheets”. Today OTC Markets (a for profit business) accommodates both reporting and non-reporting companies on its “Pink” (using the old “pink” label) and QB “Tiers”. PASO is NOT SEC reporting but trades on OTCLINK under OTC Markets’ “Pink” Tier.

That’s it. OTC Market’s “Tiers” are entirely made up to give non-Exchange traded penny stocks some veneer of legitimacy or “quality” in return for various levels of payment and certain criteria being met, but NONE of their made up “Tiers” has ANY regulatory significance.
