Actually no, a Super 8K does not satisfy the requirement. A Super 8K is used when the issuer is an EXISTING reporting SHELL entity.

PASO is neither reporting nor a shell company.

But as I said, PASO financial disclosures are pretty messed up with even a cursory glance and nowhere near auditable in their current form.

There are no 8Ks, Super8Ks 10Qs, 10Ks or any other kind of Qs or Ks for PASO. They arent registered with the SEC.
