The press release proves that the reg A was false. The company deliberately tried to hide the debt and Vinnie’s employment. Isn’t that more debt than their total assets? It was given to Finra. Unless you work for Vinnie (which i think you do because of previous inside information you had) this is a serious misrepresentation.
