How is it that every conglomerate that does business in China can get its annual report out in a timely fashion but BIO-key cant? What does the roads being down have to do with it? Are the phone lines down? Are the receipts for the 3 bike locks sold still on the rickshaw not able to get to the coast to be loaded onto the slow boat to Wall NJ ???
