Did this British tourist give a scare to Quang Nam authorities and it forced Kim’s hand for a bit. ... or more likely a good excuse to draw us down so his foreign investors can buy in cheap again after having sold in the .20s. .. good loan terms coming from the same soon announced after he gets back in cheap enough.

He flew from Hanoi to Da Nang Airport on Friday night and came to stay at Boutique Hoi An Resort in the ancient town Hoi An.

He tested positive on Tuesday and has been quarantined for treatment at Hue Central Hospital, around three hours away.

His wife who traveled with him tested negative for the coronavirus.

Authorities in Quang Nam Province, home to Hoi An, have isolated eight people who had close contact with him.
