I understand that but I don't agree there is no risk with with an interest rate return investment. It's not like we are dealing with JP Morgan.
And I realize $10K is only one wheel but it may be easier to get 5 people to buy a wheel each than to get someone to buy 5 wheels.

Let me ask you something. If Eric were to get the $50k he needed how high do you see the stock going in a year?
