yes...in fact, it is...extremely weak...all he needs is about 2 guys to get that webcast done....

but since the cdc is recommending that not more than 50 people congregate at any one location, kim cancelled it?...

I could see a large press conference cancelled...but this was just a webcast!..

heres what kim said on feb 27: "The online press conference is open to all press, stakeholders and interested parties."

ONLINE PRESS CONFERENCE..nothing about anyone being allowed on site..

there is no reason kim couldn't have had that webcast...NONE..

the virus has nothing to do with it..
