That's absolutely correct & was reported here (the work load thing) back at the time of the procecutions. Also, there's an inherent conflict, as the longer they string the procecutions along, as opposed to flat out denying, the more fees they keep collecting and once approved, maintainance fees. The USPTO along with their cohorts, the ptab, are a 1-2 punch tag team of corruption, known corruption....in fact admitted corruption. 3 panels to make 1 decision, haha, lol and took a year... What a joke. Vplm patents are bogus. The only ship coming in for them, will be full of mkre monkey wrenches.

How about the two separate, YEAR LONG, IPR CHALLENGE TRIALS vs aapl???? Did those panels of judges just have a few minutes to gather the arguments on both sides???? VPLM WON BOTH! IPRs are all those judges do! DID THEY GET FOOLED???
