If you were to design a perfect drug to fight Coronavirus you would ask for the following:

1 Antiviral to lower the virus load
2 Anti-inflammatory to prevent pulmonary inflammation and secondary inflammation and scarring
3.Antibiotic to prevent secondary bacterial infection
4. Vaccine to recruit the immune cells to fight the infection and provide future immunity
5 Proven safe in multiple clinical trials
6 No known drug interactions or toxicity
7 Good tissue distribution, duration of activity and phrmacokinetics

Brilacidin touches all the bases. Shareholders have every reason to be optimistic about the lab tests this week. It is unlikely another drug being studied has all the above characteristics.

We will know the results of the testing soon. While we wait we could receive news about Brilacidin for OM,UC or UP any time.

Yes, great hope. Think about what it means to have Brilicidin evaluated by top people in the field for treatment of covid19. If it works on symptoms from that virus it will work on many others. It works from the mouth to the butt hole so lungs and other areas should work as well. I’m not sure about as a vaccine but that’s not saying anything since I’m not a scientist. B has never been tried as a vaccine but it has been proven effective in numerous trials with no safety concerns.
