Ya, Amway sure collapsed quickly. Only been around some 60 years.

This has nothing whatsoever to do with multi-level marketing.

The CEO is simply trying to raise funds in a manner that won't harm shareholders. He's simply looking for a private loan so that he won't have to dilute shareholders.

I'm grateful for this. All shareholders should be grateful for this.
