#225620 RE: THEBROKE1 #225617

Every single public company on Earth needs investors to succeed. All CEO's of every company look for funding to advance their companies.

The WNBD CEO views his shareholders as business partners. He respects his shareholders. So that's why he's reaching out to his shareholders, asking if anyone knows any investors, so that we can all succeed together, without shareholders needing to get diluted.

There's nothing wrong with a CEO of a company asking for referral leads to find financing partners. This is a good thing, not a bad thing. I don't understand how anyone could possibly view this as a bad or abnormal thing. It's normal business. Most of the big blue chip stocks today all started with a CEO looking for financing.

Some people will ask why the CEO can't just get a loan from the bank.
Here's the answer:
Bank loans require collateral. A bank loan would wipe out all shareholders. The CEO doesn't want that to happen.

This CEO is trying his best to raise funds in a manner that will protect and benefit shareholders. Shareholders should be very happy and grateful. But unfortunately, some shareholders are being rude to him. No good deed goes unpunished I guess. I guess some shareholders would rather have their investment wiped out, rather than to show some support for the company that they chose to buy shares in.

I'll continue to help the CEO find investors, because I'm a loyal shareholder and team player, and I would like to see my investment succeed.
