In 12 years or at least the last 7 yrs , has IT NOT BECOME BOBVIOUS to you that many here invested money they needed to live on or can not afford to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many had never even been in the markets till they heard of WAMU!!!!!!!!!!

What a stock to cut your teeth on in the markets!!!!!!!!!!
And that is also why the vol is here and COOP is down as much as it is!!!!!!

It's a good company with a huge upside potential over time, but many of those folks are running out of time or are in shear PANIC

AZ, Actually *Mr Cooper Groups’ Fundamentals HAVE Changed ~ for the better. COOP = https://www.finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=coop
shows a strong buy with P/E of 2.97 and EPS next year $2.72 so it shows a strong buy.

So what could be holding up our expected money movement?

We know WMB Bond holders have not been paid - an obligation of JPMC and FDIC WHY? do they not have the money? - I don't think so

Could it be the parties are waiting for end of quarter earnings on March 31? IMO that is possible as COOP could use any NOL for the quarter before turning over the released to JPM and FDIC

other possibilities could be waiting for ruling on AG appeal. Do the boys think they need to wait till after that ruling before money gets released?

AZ, can you think of any other good reasons we have been put in this Holding pattern?? It sure would be a great time for money to move to us!!!

No you didnt tell anyone to invest heavily in COOP but you did convince them that their Escrow Markers were worth something. It's now quite clear that they're worthless!!!
