At present the Sulja's have CLAIMED they own no stock.
I don't see why they should be serving on the board if they are NOT stockholders.
They are employees of the company, who have destroyed the company's credibility by a series of false promises.
When the real stockholders of this company elect an HONEST Board of Directors, the board may choose to retain the Sulja's to work in the local lumber yard, but I hope they could find more honest people to place in charge of financial reporting and public relations.
