seriously --- why would investors sell current mortgage backed securities while F and F are in conservatorship and carry a GOV guarantee on paper?

If buying MBS is the FED buying private label ?

AND MNUCHIN going to congress this week for all type of POWER used in the 2008 crisis taken from Treasury in Dodd Frank
