The toxic deals to raise money (for mostly salaries) is a give-a-way. Many Toxic deals + Continous Extended Periods of Time + Dirty = Criminal. MO. Especially, when it not only continues on but gets expanded with more toxic shares to be sold in the future. I can see a bright future here FOR THE EXECUTIVES and Co. and nobody else except a few day traders who catch the triggers and a number of short positions with guts. Nobody would keep on a COO and a CFO of a company with such poor performance let alone get six-figure raises for everybody and all at once, except microcap scams. It's not too hard to figure out anymore, is it? And not because I said anything about it. It is all there is black and white.
