Right he clearly does and his methods have been clearly unsuccessful which will continue as long as he continues with those methods. Last I checked Arrayit is not a success so wouldn’t it make more sense for him to have learnt and do things differently? Wouldn’t that show his actually a decent CEO, one that listens and learns from mistakes rather than one that keeps repeating the same mistakes?
