OK, You're making no sense. Anyone can file suit. THe problem is that the company you chose to highlight that filed suit, ended up in serious trouble because they were running a SCAM. If Janice posted that they were running a scam and they were look at the link I posted from the SEC, no libel was committed. It was a frivilous lawsuit.
You this whole thing with people attacking Janice and Jim because they have a different view of the long term prospects of this stock is ridiculous. It seems there are quite a few longs here who aren't as positive about their investment as the tout. Otherwise the avalanche of personal attacks would not be happening.
When I first read the PR regarding the Divy, it was posted on a message board. I immediately went to the acutal Pr sites to check if it was real. I thought it was a joke. After rereading it was obvious that it was a creative attempt to get "SHORTS" to cover. Now we can debate the existence of shorts till the cows come home and not make any headway. Is there a huge short position or not is something no can know for sure with the proper reports. I doubt anyone here has them and don't say buyins because I've seen enough of his short squeezes that never materialized to last me a lifetime.
How many people are really going to buy this stock to get some square footage in a protected tropical rain forest that won't be able to be deveolped? very few. The play here is all about the buzz a of a forced short cover. Will it happen? Only time will tell. Bit what will happen is that many people will go out there and pump the idea of a forced short cover that will in effect run the price up. Neither Jim or Janice posted that PYPR wouldn't run. They simply posted that the divy makess no sense and in actuality probably would not have to be covered.
PYPR will run and I will sell the shares I am holding to make a profit. Afterall that's why we buy penny stocks to make a profit. Those that have the dream that this will turn into Google or Berkshire Hathway, pleasant dreams and I hope they come true but I've decided to live my life in the present.
I done on this board. I just lose any type of respect for people who resort to personal attacks and looking for dirt on an individual poster instead of sticking to the stock.
I will give both Jim and Janice Kudos because niether one of them are hiding behind an internet alias to post. I guess they don't have anything to hide unlike some. Yes I use a partial alias and I do have secrets I want kept but then again, I'm not do the attacking.
