this spread IMO was inevitable

I will blame this GOV for lots of things - and lost of hiding - but the disease was here a month ago or more and it was going to spread

main reason for mitigation is to have fewer people sick at one time so the system can handle it (economy AND health care). At same time - that action extends duration --- "as area under the line (curve)" is still the same just not peaked - but mushed flatter)

But to not have a WISE FOCUSED fiscal plan is inexcusable this far into the pandemic - in excusable - period
