IMO that offering was to help lock up shares. Even after the offering hit, shares above $2 were being bought in 50-80k lots. I almost didn’t sell - sold 2.15, grabbed a bunch on the controlled walk down.

Being halted 22 times yesterday killed the run. The offering was nothing. It's not over here to say the least
