I am rejecting your analysis and opinion that the price won't substantially rise when news hits the wire about an award. It's common sense the stock price will be a lot higher. To think that BSF has no plan to collect is absurd. These guys aren't ambulance chasers. I will put my money on attorneys that go to work everyday and have undisputed reputations of winning large cases.
