1. March 6th - announcement of Treatment for Coronavirus Optioned by Spherix.

2. Stock gains momentum (admittedly...crazy high)

3. March 9th - drop announcement of a private placement

4. March 10th - Stock drops like a lead balloon

5. March 10th - Provide update regarding Treatment for Coronavirus Optioned by Spherix. Communicate for the first time that evaluation and decision won't be complete until May.


Perfectly orchestrated manipulation.....
