<< I just hope that the virus doesn't get so out of hand within the next week or so, as it may (or may not) equate to the postponement of the webcast slated for March 19th... >>
I was thinking that exact same thing this morning.
I just hope that the virus doesn't get so out of hand within the next week or so, as it may (or may not) equate to the
postponement of the webcast slated for March 19th...
I sincerely hope the company doesn't even consider postponing the webcast. Coronavirus is here to stay for the near future, everybody needs to accept that. Postponing the webcast is useless, because things will get worse before they get better and there is no reason to postpone a broadcast over the web. Investors and press alike can all follow it from their home, office or their local bar...It's perfect for these times. Timing can't be perfect and they may get less attention because of the general atmosphere, but who's to say next week or next month will be better. They set it up two weeks ago and got everybody's expectations up, they should follow through with their original plan - they can't afford another delay especially when the market is tanking and people are making a lot of irrational decisions. you seem to have a good connection with Ben and possibly management, I really hope you suggest they stay the course. If the news is as good as the expectations here, it will get the attention despite the coronavirus and good news is always recyclable later on.
