Courts have ALREADY RULED in SHAREHOLDERS FAVOR - 5th CIRCUIT

it's being Appealed ... not much longer - SUPER NOVA !

I would say - a new series of court cases would emerge if GOV acts in ugly fashion - and this time for punitive damages and 3X damages etc.


Yet - on paper - F and F still owe the Treasury the entire amount of the SPS if the GOV wants to argue that 300B did not pay it off

IMO that is an outrageous argument and believe 100% the SPS is redeemed but that is anticipation of a negotiated answer
