You also never answer any questions, nor do you demand answers to the most basic questions from the company.

You admit that you aren't sure of the share structure. You admit that you don't know the terms of any acquisition.

Without this knowledge it is IMPOSSIBLE to predict EPS or PPS, but you aren't shy about doing so.
