It's an old place such that when i ever sell it it's a wipe out the inside and rebuild deal, so no to a local inspector as that could cause more problems (if they exist) than it's worth. Because it leaks no buildup i'd say so not worried about more than the leak developing, and because that only happens in a BIG rain it's not that frequent.
