Jeff-- I was under the impression CC and EZTO had or were on the verge of working this all out. Sounds like legal action vs CC is the only option? FAC has the deep pockets to do it. I hope he follows through and has a good legal team


The down side to legal action is obvious. Any resolution to legal action is bound to take a long time. Perhaps their is still hope to resolve this CC situation without it. I would love to know, but I am on the outside looking in.

Jeff--I hope you are keeping those voice mails and not deleting them. Use them in THE ACTION vs. Cornell. Add a count for slander, terroristic threats, and punitive damages. Throw it all at those scuzz!
