Thanks Again ... and added’, in my opinion the 11.9% loss ratio calculated by Duff & Phelps in mid-2017’ ... should now be completely absorbed with the continued distribution process ... no one will lose’ ... a Certs production already has financial safeguards put into place ... the extension of time, has probably eliminated any loss ratios ...
