The plaintiffs' lawyers in Judge Sweeney's court have the 11,000 documents. The trial in Judge Lamberth's court was delayed to review 65,000 documents. It's been an extremely long wait, but there has been progress.

You do realize that discovery began nearly 8 years ago, don't you? You also realize that the Obama administration failed to produce 7,500 of 11,000 documents that were ordered under a Motion to Compel from Sweeney citing "National Security". Sweeney's response: "Gee whiz, well I guess that's that then..."
