That's probably the worst analogy I've heard in a long time.

My House Doesn't Bring in Revenue

Is that the purpose in buying it? Do you owe more than $600K and about to lose the house to foreclosure? Does one live in a gold mine?

Other than the absurd valuations from years past without verification, there's no indication there's any value in it. Especially if one looks at the sp of either company where the value should be reflected.

Given the market caps of both, I'd say it IS valued.

Market Cap $322,491 for GEGI.

Market Cap 364,526 for QEDN.

Both equate more to shell value than an operating company.
