They are for real

In a nutshell....

Back in September 2006,

1) They Bought Krong Ltd with 2.8 Million in Gold Reserves
2) Added 2 board members added namely: Fedor Fedorovich Dovgan ~ a Gold Rocket Scientist

3) They hired a NewConsult Ltd offering upto $50 Mil. (a initial $2 Mil to $10 Mil, extra $40 Mil based on performance) Funding to start in Mid October 2006

4) Then They got the Machines to get the gold from a Japanese
Manufactures ordered so production can start soon


Then in October 2006 with Money flowing in
1) They Improve Krong Ltd output to USD 300 million from its three properties by end of fiscal 2007

Then in November 2006
1) New machines arrive :-)
2) They improve the precious metal recovery from the ore they already dug out from the ground and the Gold reserves are at 5 Million Gold Reserved.

3) They are doing so well they going to offer a dividends


Then in December 2006
1) They at production level and in 3 DAYS they will announce
how much the dividends will be and what time-line for the
dividends will be payed out on.


They are expecting to make 300 Million Gold ounces by
Year end 2007, 2009 they are expecting 700 million yearly.

More SIZEABLE Cash Dividend promotes HIGHER PPS due to incentive for INVESTORS to HOLD their shares LONGER-term, rather than flip their shares as some do... helping to dry-up the float.

EXAMPLE- A $0.10 cash dividend paid quarterly would be VERY nice - a little more than $30,000 quarterly in my case (hypothetically).

SUBSTANTIAL enough for large share holders to hold on to more/all of their shares, which would reduce the amount of shares being actively traded in the float... and thereby drive PPS higher due to lower supply. (imo)

I agree.... it would be advantageous for shareholders if the company would publish photos of its various tailings and production operations on its web site. Hopefully they will do so now that they have announced the company's goal of becoming a fully-reporting issuere first quarter, 2007.
