After review of the requests received to form an equity committee in this case, and upon the input of the existing Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors and the Debtor as well as his own independent review, including the prospects for a return to equity, United States Trustee William T. Neary has declined to appoint an equity committee in this case at the present time.
