I'm sure that view is held by many here whether they want to admit it or not...we all want finality, whether good or bad. Some of us, based of looking at the current facts have decided to ignore the continued speculation and resign ourselves to the fact that we were screwed. While there might be some chance that I could be totally wrong, the track record of the "theorists" for the past 11+ years prove otherwise. I actually hope that I'm 100% wrong since that would be very lucrative for me but I will not engage in these patently false claims that are made here. GLTU!
Agreed, however I will say this. I always felt as well my former attorney who passed last yr. said that this has to get through and out of BK for us to see anything. Rosen didn't lie about that, there was nothing inside the BK for us. So based on my own DD and others Q1 was enough time to file the Form 350 (done) and to see any other docs that need to be filed and or presented via SEC, KCC or other. So as I started this rant is down to the release of said parties which has NOT happened, until that happens our $$ (which we sit as a 2nd or 3rd party) won't be distributed and from what I can see there is nothing compelling these parties to do so.
I am alive, I have a life and its a sin for me to spend anymore time past that date 3/31, in a funny way I feel like I am getting out of jail, I am released, I will let this go and not have it sitting on my back.
I won't let it own me past that date. Ashamed, feeling like a fool, wasting gods gifts, yes you bet. So only I can release it and walk, there are lots of great things to do, see and enjoy.
