WAS WMI in a CHAPTER 11 reorg????

DID WMI just exit their CHAPTER 11 reorg and wasn't it thus TERMINATED on Jan 23rd

IF WMI doesn't exist who the heck was in CHAPTER 11 since 2012 and if they vanished and became WMIH COOP as is suggested here, why did the CHAPTER 11 reorg take an additional 7 years to complete on a company that no longer existed?

Ever wonder if WMIH was primarily a spin off to move forward WHILE WMI continued to EXIT CHAPTER 11 REORG
