None of these #s are useful, absolutely dumb ...lol .... 448 million OS...company has maximized # of authorized shares...including the newly diluted shares his brother is involved in.. CEO owns APPX 132 million shares in addition to the rarely talked about preferred shares....the stock has been a total disaster since this CEO took over....it was.05 and has never returned since his inception... Can't even stay above 1 cent ( embarrassing) ..heck , it barely stays above triples.....he needs a massive news feed like Corona virus ....no catalyst for years.....,..otherwise it's gonna continue to drift lower...now he's tweeting the dumbest info I've seen since he became CEO....where is the his guy educated from ...? .......He beginning to communicate about the CBD website that he hyped last April ...telling shareholders then he would update them over the coming weeks and never did...like the watery oil well...he said the same and no updates.......nothing here is believable.....every tick up, investors want out...flippers are doing better than long term shareholders

...they need an LOI announcement......with follow through and completion.....,.one of the worse I've seen here on OTC....NOTHING this guys says can be taken seriously...nothing!!!! Flipping is best strategy here....... ..
