Do you think that this reported 30% premium is a bit low of a price for FTSV given the premiums you just listed for other companies?
I think a 30% premium is low, but on the other hand FTSV is rather frothy at this point so I see the approx $4Bil price as being rather fair.
I'm not considering selling TRIL at these levels unless their information goes south. I was a holder of both Araid and Arqule from the $2 level until they both sold out at $20. I see a similar situation possible with TRIL.
My current success with TRIL is not because I'm an astute investor but rather an stubborn s.o.b.
I picked up on TRIL when going over the pre-abstracts for the 2017 Asco meeting when Tril was around $4-$5 bucks. They had a good meeting and the stock ran up into the low teens and I got out at around $12.
Months later TRIL went down into the $3 range so I thought it was a bargain and picked up around 1500 shares.
This past December when ARQL was sold for $20 I dumped my stock for an substantial gain and started re-investing in the other companies I hold. When I looked at my one account I saw that TRIL was down to $0.30 which gave me a 93% Loss. Having some extra cash I figured what the hell, if I buy enough and it goes up a nickel I can get out even, or even a reverse split might help.
I ended up buying another 50,050 shares for less than $18K and by luck within a week FTSV announced thier results and we've been off to the races since.
