Definitely a short here tied to the note. Here are the facts - Notice the Note Was listed in Q3 That would be July1 to Sept 30

OTCX became active end of June 25th to be exact on the top offer as stock was trading @ 21 cents

June volume 58,029 4th ranked mm by volume 9% of trades

***NOTE They continued on in July knocking the stock down going into August 1st on top offer @ 1135

July volume now become 1st ranked mm by volume 113,544 nearly (36%)of trades

August they dropped to 6th trading 9446 shares (2.1%)

September they continued at 6th trading 16,100 shares (1.15%)

October they became 7th trading 17,431 (1.8%)

November moved to #2 mm trading 50,000 (17.72%)

****NOTE the increase in volume and stock was trading at 21 cents levels when they began selling in June @ 21 cents)

December moved to 5th trading 19,286 (7.39%)

January moved to #1 trading 305,798 shares or (27.62%) of volume
