there’s no SJAP it’s all fraudulent.

1. create JV
2. offer them tea and cigarettes for signatures
3. pour come cement for them while they drink / smoke
4. claim revenues as your own
5. rinse and repeat while selling $200mm of stock

anyone not understanding this short form list of sollymcorawnfinger and his fraudtopian death spiral deserves their pariah status as we have catalogued carefully for many years now.

Interesting if this is the amount of the loan ( & true) that would at around the same price of the market cap now... of SIAF...this is nuts!))
