Not sure you where you heard that but I called computer share and mentioned that another shareholder said it was in pac status but that doesn't mean buyout or merger according to so I talked to on the phone. Going thru a bk or canceling shares can be a pca too. Of course I would love to be wrong but the longer time that passes it doesn't look good.

Where did you obtain the fact they are under PCA? All of my brokers told me they have nothing about corporate actions. Thanks in advance.
