How do you propose the CEO raises the needed Capital ....again he didn't go public just to get bank loans
To file audited financials and up list it does require certain price points end end of day it will enable him to get true investors and not deal with as many games played pinky land
Funny everyone keeps saying this is undervalued sure maybe at .0015 but if the stock price goes to half a penny well then the company is overvalued with the share structure currently has. company needs capital and at this price point and share structure the CEO cannot raise anything without huge dilution
