Halston--that is the oh so typical PR that scams use as righteous indignation so as to say that all those bad things
the bashers are saying are all libelous lies. Then it is dropped with a variety of noble sounding reason. LOL It is
so funny to watch when you aren't under the spell.

I recall that the Arter and Hadden law firm was not paid and eventually they had to sue NVEI to recover their fees. The suit was filed in LA superior court I believe in 2002. I think it was settled prior to trial for around $100,000.
