That assertion has been made here before and it's still wrong.
This doesn't appear under the Ongoing Qualifications and doesn't apply to them:
"4. Allow OTC Markets Group to process the posted documents (typically three to five business days) and provide any comments."

Regular filings for companies that aren't providing initial qualification documents result in next day updates to the OTCMarkets database and market tiers.
