I have no information, and this is pure speculation on my part, but the cement is probably being held at the Vandalay Industries storage facility. I suspect Kramerica reps are trying to meet the "stringent" requirements to become a buyer. The deal probably can't be closed though, but it's as good as done I bet, until the Festivus celebrations conclude.
