Yes I did watch it. Although I'm not in the agricultural industry I completely understand it from a construction standpoint.
I've been at my trade for about thirty years now on both sides of the union and management fence.
I've heard nothing but bitching from white guys like me that think the "Mexicans" (to a white guy every brown skinned person is mexican) are stealing our work. My answer to that has always been that if you worked just as hard as the Mexican, then you wouldn't have anything to bitch about.
With the union, it is virtually impossible to hire an undocumented immigrant unless they give you fraudulent documents and then it all falls back on them.
Non-Union work is a completely different story. Those guys can bitch all they want to but the bottom line is that if you don't produce you're gone, no matter what race or citizenship status.
They can cry and complain all they want to but white people don't have some special ticket in the workforce that allows them to complain about another person that works circles around them.
It pisses me off to no end to hear that argument. They somehow think that there are 5 underpaid illegals taking the place of one, when the facts are that we all get paid the same and I could hire 1 illegal to take the place of 5 of their lazy white asses and pay him or her the same if not more.
No matter what language it's written in, blueprints are all the same.
And all these people bitching about sanctuary cities don't have the first fucking clue about what it really means to them. They are clueless, hopeless, mindless bigots that think they have some special privilege for being born here white and trying to stake a claim in territory they don't own.
