The 700 million shares go to H360 as "part of the merger." See page 8 of the annual report. The stakeholders of H360 presumably share it.

As I predicted long ago H360 has succeeded in taking over ownership and control of this ticker via a reverse merger. The underlined paragraph on Page 3 confirms it. In such cases a company looking to go public on the cheap allows itself to be acquired. Normally the old management is ousted per terms of the deal but in this case Josh hangs on.

Worth noting Jonathan holds 8 million Preferred C shares and Josh has 10 million. These convert into common at a rate of 10-for-1 or 180 million. Jeff King has 50 million which= 500 million common. Those 3 guys hold as much as CANN10 did.
