Would you be so kind to cite the case for us. We are assuming you are knowledgeable and honest about RaySpoiltMyInvestment in the law courts of America. We infer that the snakeoil salesmen brought suit against someone who had the temerity to challenge their misleading game plan.

We need to know who was the defendant, in which court was the case filed, who was the judge, what was the date of the dismissal, and where can we find the complete details. Freedom of speech, indeed.

There was a lawsuit. The only reason it was filed was to flush out who was one person. They went after around 10 or so.

It was a BLUFF to flush out a name who was related to an article that came out during the manipulated rise in price when they put out lie after lie in PR's in order to raise price and sell shares.
