Without problems? Thats a laugh. All of Xus tickers and his partner Daniel Sobolewskis tickers have major problems. Look at SBES, ADSV,HDII and ASIC. All losers just like this one SPOM will be.
Xu cant even tie his own shoe laces by himself let alone broker a successful merger deal. Scams every one of them.
