It is over 13 BILLION Outstanding Shares, not 14 million Outstanding Shares!

Nobody knows how many shares are outstanding much less to assume 14 Million shares...there is absolutely no proof to support what the O/S is currently at.

Unfortunately, the investors have been forced to verify the Outstanding Shares by actually contacting the Transfer Agent. Fortunately, the SPRV T/A is not gagged and is allowed to provide the Outstanding Share count in response to an email or phone call. Want proof? An actual screenshot of an email was posted to this Board several months ago. The T/A provided the last telephone update on December 6, 2019. Wanna verify the 13+ BILLION Outstanding? It's simple! Call the T/A, Madison Stock Transfer, at 718-627-4453.

What's most egregious and verified by the poster, is the FACT that CEO Lil Rod continues a blatant willingness to perpetrate a FRAUD by displaying a completely FRAUDULENT Share Structure on OTC Markets. Yes, it is an intentional FRAUD, which is specifically focused on misrepresenting the Share Structure, which in turn is specifically focused on misleading the investors!

It would only take CEO Lil Rod 10 minutes to fix the OTC Markets Share Structure FRAUD, but Lil Rod has consciously CHOSEN not to do it! BTW, CEO Lil Rod could commission the T/A to update OTC Markets on a daily basis, but this would fly in the face of SPRV's obvious strategy of remaining completely DARK!
