Wrong. You do not have proof. While it could be said it is unlikely they exist, unless you've obtained an official and traceable document from PWC and any other company said to be involved explicity stating without a doubt that there was none, then you're simply assuming.

Granted it seems more likely they don't exist but don't claim something as fact, thats foolish.
