Agreed! The peer (FONU) just hit 0.0005 with much much much higher float (985M shares) and OS (1.02B shares) v.s. ACTL only has 300M ~ 350M shares FIXED Tiny float and 699M shares FIXED Small OS!

To match the Same MV based on the float, ACTL should hit 0.00152 now while ACTL should hit 0.00073 based on the OS v.s. it is still trading at the basement 0.0002 ~ 0.0001 currently!
